#6 June 28 2019 | The team descended into the depths of the disgusting, stinking sewers beneath the Clot in search of the source of its filthy curse. Though the tunnels were haunted by ghosts, goblins and bone-slimes they managed to figure out a way to drain the lake and slay the beast within it: Hungry Agatha. Long ago they shepherded all the witches into the prison cells beneath the city streets to await trial and execution, a sorority of blasphemy. In the morning only she remained, swollen of gut and red of maw. The Team: Wolfblooded Ivan, Father Fukhoff, Slick Ivan, Fey Ambassador Iolite. Supporting Cast: Hemogoblins. Classes Unlocked: Spectre. Reginald Sightings: Corpse embedded in bone-slime. |
#5 June 14 2019 | Goblins had broken into the Countdown Clocktower and ground its operation to a halt, so a couple of Septima's fixers were sent to evict them. The problem turned out to have been caused by a hobgoblin who had stolen the name of a previous Reginald, claiming the tower as part of “his” kingdom. A bit of sword-work solved that issue, and a bit of elbow grease and trickery got the rest of the squatters out for good (except the rat-racers, who proved chill enough to stay). The Team: Wolfblooded Ivan, Father Fukhoff. Supporting Cast: Goblin Rat-racers. Classes Unlocked: Chronomancer. Reginald Sightings: Hobgoblin. |
#4 May 31 2019 | The party started their campaign of liberation in the Clot, the poorest of poor neighborhoods due to the local quirk of mutagenic blood streaming up from its gutters periodically. There was a rough idea of approaching local crime capo Clot Boss Nicholai peacefully, but that fell apart almost immediately due to the sheer unsavoriness of him and his lieutenants. In the end, the party lured half his force away from his stronghold, slew him, and reduced the place to rubble (although not without accidentally triggering a massive flood of blood through the streets). The Team: Slick Ivan, Father Fukhoff, Fey Ambassador Iolite. Supporting Cast: Scabber Dragomir, Goblin Clot-Gamblers, Horseless Gen, Guard Captain Phillipe. Classes Unlocked: Trickster. Reginald Sightings: Imprisoned elderly madman. |
#3 May 24 2019 | Only one step remained to gain control of the palace, and that was to assassinate the Glass-Blower King once and for all. The party managed to talk Guard Captain Phillipe into defecting, then smuggled themselves into the king's tower inside barrels of food. It was a fierce and deadly dance climbing to the top, but the wicked king was thrown down. Fawnlyn took a glass golem's chest beam to the brain and decided to retire afterwards as her new unfortunate quirk of random hallucinations made her something of a liability during battle. The Team: Disciple of the 10000 Gods Fawnlyn, Slick Ivan, Peddler Petros. Supporting Cast: Guard Captain Phillipe, Lucky Lieutenant Mischa, Court Jester Crumpets. Classes Unlocked: Captor. Careers Ended: Disciple of the 10000 Gods Fawnlyn (Retired). Reginald Sightings: King of Tchernogarde (deceased). |
#2 May 17 2019 | The Glass-Blower King had thrown his trusted vizier from a high balcony in a fit of paranoia and rage. The vizier's castle master keys were still on the body, and the party thought it prudent to obtain them for their own purposes. The body, however, had been stolen and dragged into the castle's new catacombs… to be devoured by the population of ghouls that dwelt below. The party fought their way through musty caverns and defeated the King Below in preparation for their fight against the king above. Interestingly enough, the King Below was another version of the Glass-Blower King from a different timeline where he had become a monster and ruled over a kingdom of grave-robbers. The Team: Father Fukhoff, Disciple of the 10000 Gods Fawnlyn, Slick Ivan. Supporting Cast: Guard Captain Phillipe. Classes Unlocked: Helsing, Improviser, Undead, Seducer, Fleshgrinder. Reginald Sightings: Ghoul Under-King. |
#1 May 10 2019 | The Clockwork Princess had been sealed in a glass sphere by the wicked king, then stolen to the top of a mystic clock tower by mysterious robotic assailants. The team decided to rescue her, which ended up consisting of rolling her around like a hamster ball while making side-trips to the control room to open and close doorways to clear a path she could fit down. Not content with merely one good deed, the party also: liberated a fairy, set free a group of surviving palace guards, released a time-ghost from its eternal torment, and slayed the clock-tower's master Timekeeper Aethelfrid. Also, they lost a bunch of money betting on goblin rat races. The Team: Father Fukhoff, Peddler Petros, Disciple of the 10000 Gods Fawnlyn, Slick Ivan. Supporting Cast: Lucky Lieutenant Mischa, Goblin Rat-Racers. Classes Unlocked: Chef. Reginald Sightings: King of Tchernogarde. |
