Namico

The first human colony in the Black Horizon and capitol of the Namico Alliance. Holds the allegiance of the players.

*Namico's bounty board works in a unique fashion: it hosts three jobs instead of one (one from each leader) and hosted jobs can apply rewards to any settlement of that leader's choice instead of only locally.

Hungry Starfish

A nearby gillman tribe, the Hungry Starfish place a high cultural importance on hospitality. They were the first allies that the Imperial colonists made, and remain one of the truest despite several near-misses on diplomatic incidents and cultural clashes.

Settlement (Hungry Starfish) Prosperity A small tribal village in the reef with a zone of influence of 2 regions. Lots of aquaculture.

Sharphill Scum

A large band of lowlife corsairs. The faction was founded when Captain Sharphill committed treason and then fled justice, and even after his execution the island he claimed continues to draw a large number of well-armed corsairs, pirates and scoundrels in search of easy plunder. Only their lack of working ships keeps their threat level under control.

Settlement (Whore Island) Prosperity A former gillman village named White Sands, the island was renamed Whore Island in hopes of attracting more people to it. Has a zone of influence of two regions.
Stipends Prosperity The unknown leadership of the Sharphill Scum can access up to four extra Supply per session from their settlement.
Soldiers: Corsair Boarders Security Three squads of corsair boarders.
Soldiers: Corsair Sharpeyes Security Three squads of corsair sharpeyes.
Rabble Security Six squads of rabble.

Irontree Horde

The Irontree Horde is a collective of trog raiders held together by their charismatic leader Vornheim Two-Fingers. Most members of the Horde are feasting and fighting in their cavern headquarters at any given time, but groups of one to three squads go out raiding with great frequency. Having no settlements or territory, the Horde also has no way to support troops in the field and this keeps their significant threat level much more localized.
