- headstriker: can directly target other embedded commanders
- maneuvers: spend an action to allow your squad to engage or disengage as a free action
- sally: when squad moves, commander is also moved without having to use an action. even works when squad moves faster than commander normally could.
- exhort: spend action +1 Provisions to give squad a free recovery action
- management: start taking energy damage after losing attention in multiples of 10 instead of 5
